Q: How does home improvement financing work?

A: Vista Credit purchases the products and services you select from your supplier. You then make your monthly payment to us.

 

Q: Is a credit application required?

A: No. Registered homeowners in Ontario are offered guaranteed credit approval.

 

Q: What are my payment options?

A: In order to avoid charging additional administrative fees and keep our rates competitive, Vista Credit uses PAP (pre-authorized payment) to debit your monthly payment.

 

Q: Can I purchase the products/services at any time?

A: Yes. Simply call our toll free number 1- 877-31VISTA(84782) and speak with a customer service representative to find out more about our competitively priced purchase or buyout options.

 

Q: What happens at the end of the agreement?

A: You will have an option at the end of your agreement to purchase the product/service at a price determined at the time you sign your contract. Your contract clearly outlines all the options available to you at the end of your agreement.

 

Q: What happens if I sell my home during the contract period?

A: You must contact our office immediately to inquire about early payout options or arrange assignment of the contract to the new homeowner.

 

Q: Where do I get warranty and service?

A: You will continue to deal with your supplier on all warranty

and service matters.
