Q. Where do I get my warranty and service?

A. Warranty and service matters are the responsibly of the installing DEALER.

Q. What are my payment options?

A. In order to keep our rates competitive, Vista Credit uses PAP (pre-authorized payment) to debit your monthly payment or you can pay via your monthly Enbridge gas bill.* If you want to change your current payment option, visit the UPDATE MY ACCOUNT page in the Customer Service section of this website.

Q. When is the first payment due and when is the amount withdrawn?

A. If paying by PAP, the 1st payment is due at the time of contract signature or the day the work is completed. The next payment is due on the 1st or the 15th depending on what you choose.
