GENERAL INQUIRIES

 

Q: What products or services does Vista provide?

A: We provide financing for most home improvement products and services. This includes both interior and exterior renovation products.

 

Q: Is there a minimum or maximum amount that you finance?

A: Yes, it is $1,000-$10,000 respectively.

 

Q: What are your terms lengths?

A: 12-120 months for most products.

 

Q: What is the Vista Credit Partner Program?

A: The Vista Credit Partner Program allows you to offer your customers the option of low fixed monthly payments while providing training and personalized support to meet your customer’s financing needs.

 

Q: What are the benefits of enrollment?

Q: Who qualifies as a partner?

A: Retailers, contractors and independent installers.

 

Q: Are there any costs to me?

A: Unlike other deferred financing programs or credit card plans, there are no costs to you to use the Vista Credit Partner Program.

 

Q: When do I get paid?

A: Within 72 hours after you submit the necessary paperwork.

 

Q: Am I responsible if the customer defaults on their payments?

A: No.

Q. Does Vista sell home improvements directly to the consumer?

A: No, we only work with our valued Program Partners and we will not solicit your customers for the services you provide unlike some of our competitors .

 

Q: How do I get additional information on Vista Credit?

A: You can contact us via phone (1-877-318-4782), e-mail or the web.

 

Q. Who does the customer turn to for service?

A. Warranty and service matters are the responsibly of the installing contractor, the service relationship is the dealers.

 

Q. What are my customer’s payment options?

A. In order to keep our rates competitive, Vista Credit uses PAP (pre-authorized payment) to debit your monthly payment or, if you are operating in Enbridge Territory you can pay via your monthly Enbridge gas bill.*

 

 

CONTRACT OPTIONS

 

Q. Can my customer purchase the equipment at any time?

A. Yes. The Vista contract can be paid off at any time by purchasing the equipment. Simply call our toll free number 1- 877-31VISTA(84782) and speak with a customer service representative or fill in the INFORMATION ON CONTRACT form in the Customer Service section of this website.

 

Q. What if my customer sell’s their house during the contract period?

A. The Vista contract can be transferred. The customer contact’s Vista when they plan to sell your home and make sure you make note of the financed or rented equipment in your purchase and sale documents. Vista will assist you in assigning the contract to the new homeowner or process a buy-out of the equipment. If a customer is moving, they can visit visiting the MOVING section of this website and complete the on-line form.
